  • Mix of lettuce
  • 20 gr. of Montes Universales wild boar truffled salchichón
  • 10 gr. of walnuts
  • 10 gr. of dried apricot
  • 10 bread toasts
  • Salt and pepper

Honey vinaigrette

  • 3 spoons of honey
  • 50 ml of Jerez Vinegar
  • 2 spoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Healthy and nutritionally complete salad. Place on the plate the mix of lettuce, the laminated dried apricots and the walnuts. Add salt and pepper and round with the sliced wild boar truffled salchichón toasts.

We prepare the vinaigrette mixing the olive oil, the vinegar and the honey until they emulsify. Dress the salad with this vinaigrette and decorate with some berries.
